For over 20 years, I’ve helped professionals find clarity, direction, and purpose in their careers and businesses.
I began my journey as a Career Counsellor, guiding others through seasons of change and transition. Later, my wife Kelly and I launched a career and business development company, helping thousands of professionals around the world pursue meaningful work and build thriving businesses. We grew it from the ground up over 18 years before successfully selling it in 2024.
That entrepreneurial journey brought its share of challenges—uncertainty, setbacks, and pivotal decisions that shaped both my character and my future.
Today, I serve as a Leadership and Life Coach, helping men navigate the pressure, pivot points, and purpose questions that come with work, marriage, and life.
I know what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibility, to question your path, and to long for work that aligns with your faith and values.
